The lockdown is easing off and the red carpet is coming back steadily and surely. The 2021 MTV movie & TV awards took place on the 17th/May in the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and many celebrities were present to celebrate the event. The award exclusively honours reality television, not ignoring movies and TVs, and was hosted by Leslie Jones and Nikki Glaser. This year marks the 29th Edition of the award ceremony and there were red carpet moments just as there were popcorn trophy-specific moments like Best Hero, Best Kiss, Best Villain e.t.c.
We are here to see the best looks on the red carpet and celebrities aren’t letting go of the fun, risk-taking fashion moments that have defined the award show’s red carpet culture. There were bold colours, colour blocking, silks, sequins, sheer, etc. If I’m to define the red carpet looks this year, I will say ‘Electric’.
