The Autumn-Winter 2022 Fashion Week is still going on strong, and celebrities, models, influencers e.t.c. aren’t slowing down on their styles and walking the runway. Models like Gigi Hadid, Gia Gerber, Bella Hadid e.t.c. were all spotted in between runway walks while celebs like Kim Kardashian, Rita Ora, Julia Fox, Taika Waititi, e.t.c all took the front seats.
Kim Kardashian and Julia Fox continued with their style combat with both spotted in head-to-toe leather looks.
Kim was spotted in four leather looks, two black head-to-leather looks,s, a put-together pale green ensemble, and a tan-brown leather boiler suit look by Prada. These looks were similar to her three latex looks during Paris Fashion Week back in 2020, so I’m guessing she’s bringing back similar looks this year but in PVC leather. If asked, I will say she needs to try new edgy styles this year, something close to the Aughts trend or the onesie trendy looks, if she wants something different, there are many artistic European designers from Alexander McQueen, Prada, Moschino, Richard Malone to Simone Rocha to have given a try. Prada played with voluminosity with his oversized blazers on its AW’22 runway, Richard Malone played with draped jumpsuits on its SS’22 runway, Simone Rocha also played with voluminosity on its AW’22 runway, what about Moschino’s printed jumpsuit on its AW’22 runway and McQueen’s edgy tulle style look worn by Naomi Campbell on its SS’22 runway? We all know Kim Kardashian to always create her own trend, nevertheless, this year’s fashion week should have been another opportunity to go for what others overlooked and make it go viral like she always does.
Julia Fox on the other hand wearing an all-leather look at Diesel’s fashion show is good, I believe the all-leather look is the trend of the season, but it’s somehow ironic to be similar to Kim’s.
Rita Ora amongst others was spotted snuggling with Taika Waititi in the front row of Fendi’s fall 2022 runway show wearing an all-white suit ensemble finished with a matching white Fendi bag. Rita Ora and Taika Waititi’s relationship is still heating up, they both held hands ahead of the fashion show and this makes the duo’s second public appearance after making their red carpet debut in August 2021.
