The redcarpet looks from the Emmys 2019 Awards was filled with bold colours like shades of blue and combination of pinks and reds, half and half gowns, plunging necklines, sheer, pleats, power suiting, sequins and so on.
There were lots of celebrities like Naomi Watts who wore a Christian Dior gown and Betty Gilpin who was in a Jason Wu gown all went for the gorgeous ball gowns that perfectly fit the occasion. There’re some who were in the best dressed category, they took risk and it worked well for them on the day, celebrities like Nicole Scherzinger who wore Vivienne Westwood gown, Angela Bassett who was in Antonio Grimaldi, Zendaya wore Vera Wang and Catherine ZetaJones wore Georges Hobeika.
Zooming into those who took risk that was a fail are Kerry Washington who wore Alexandre Vauthier FW19 Couture sequin tuxedo trying to go for the Androgyny look but didn’t take it there because there was no bow Tie which would have made the styling vert edgy. Then Kendall Jenner the supermodel with a figure of a statue who wore a Richard Quinn gown that’s a perfect fit for Met gala not emmys, but her beautiful figure did her justice.
