Kim Kardashian’s shape-wear was showed off by Wendy Williams when received the Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
The 55-year-old talk show host received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, wearing a star printed sheer dress from @dolcegabbana’s Fall 2011 collection showing a shape-wear piece from the reality star’s SKIMS brand.
The talk show host arrived at the event with her son Kevin Jr., wearing the SKIMS Sculpting Bodysuit in Onyx ($62) underneath a sheer Dolce & Gabbana star-print silk chiffon maxi gown ($2,487.50) with a pussy-bow neck from the brand’s spring 2011 runway collection.
She has been seen lately pairing a lot of her ensemble with sneakers during her shows, so it’s no surprise when paired the flowing designer dress with a simple pair of white sneakers.
Williams told the crowd during the event, “It’s a combination of over 30 years of being a personality. It’s not easy being on TV for 10 years, by yourself, live.” “This has been a really hectic year for me, but also a hectic career. You know, triumph over adversity. Stick to it, Wendy, you’ll show ’em. You’ll show ’em. And now, it’s my pleasure to show you.” She continued: “My son is here with me,” “He’s only 19, he’s only known me as mom with the microphone, and then mom in the headlines, and mom saying out-of-order stuff. So, this star means everything because now he’s got something to look at and say, ‘My mom did it.’”
