If you’re looking for a protein-packed lunch staple without packing up so much fat in the body this late summer season, then let me introduce you to spicy crunchy tuna lettuce. It’s one of the healthiest lunch options you can opt for especially now that the summer holiday season is over and we are all back to work.
As work life can require good exercise and healthy meals, so instead of going for the bread version of the tuna sandwich why not go for the refreshing version of tuna with lettuce leaves (instead of chopping the leaves, why not leave them whole so you can wrap the tuna mix with them) the good news is that it’s also very affordable.
The only twist to this recipe is the added spices – chile crisp, and jalapeno for extra fullness and an edgy palate.
