There had been many Louis Vuitton’s brand ambassadors from Léa Seydoux, Emma Stone, to Alicia Vikander. So far, the french luxury house’s latest brand ambassador assignment is Ho Yeon Jung, the model was the face of Louis Vuitton’s Spring-Summer 2022 ad campaign and for this solo campaign for the ‘Twist Handbag,’ the model remained Ho Yeon Jung.
Ho Yeon Jung is a South Korean model and actress. She began her career as a freelance model in 2010 and modeling for Louis Vuitton remains one of her biggest covers yet. The 27-year-old appeared in ‘Louis Vuitton’s 2022 Twist Handbag’ campaign that was captured by Ethan James Green and styled by Marie-Amelie Sauvé.
The campaign was shot against a clean white/grey studio backdrop, where the model carried the Twist Handbag in varied colors, one in black styled with denim jeans and white top, and another in yellow styled with black blazers and face cap e.t.c.
As much as we love the simplicity of the campaign, the street is talking and they don’t have anything nice to say. In a forum by thefashionspot, someone said: “I know it’s a handbag campaign, but I hate the styling. Still, HoYeon Jung looks breathtaking,”. Another said: “She looks amazing, but the clothes and accessories look cheap as hell.”
