Easy Summer Brunch/Barbeque Style Look To Try

The time when the simplest of looks go a long way is here; if any look goes a long way, it will be a brunch-style look. The Spring Summer 2024 runway has proven that a little goes a long. Brunch is a portmanteau of breakfast and lunch events and of course, we all know barbeque to be a simple garden party where a lot of roasting takes place outside. For these types of events you want to wear something comfortable, and simple, the normal go-to will be a maxi dress with a basket hat and basket bag which is still the classic look for such occasions.

To take it up a notch, I will recommend simple black shorts and a black poplin shirt, I know the look is a bit daring but that’s what the trend this season is saying ‘daring most minimally’. Head-to-toe black is trending and I believe one of the best ways to wear it will be to find a good pair of cotton shorts and a cotton shirt with a hint of chunky gold jewelry to polish the look is the way to go.
