Water jelly tint? What is that? How does it wear? out of curiosity, we made a stop at Milk Makeup to see what this makeup product is all about. Well, hopefully, curiosity didn’t kill the cat..lol! we found out that the new water jelly tint is a lip and cheek tint. a makeup product that can be used as a blush and a lip stain.
Lip stain and cheek stain are known in the summer season but in the winter season… hmm… I think the beauty industry is trying to tell us something. I don’t mind wearing flushed cheeks and subtle lip color from summer into the winter season but can it handle the dry winter weather? As we all know winter season is a work season and wearing make-up has to be a ‘set it and forget it routine, maybe the quick tint game might be the way to go. Nowadays fresh face in the winter season is becoming a trend to look out, I mean recently Glow Recipe released a glow tint serum – something that can be worn like you wear your moisturizer, Caudalie is another brand encouraging us with little is more makeup with its launch of the New Vinocrush Skin Tint that improves and even out complexion. I can imagine myself wearing one of them with this jelly tint on a workday; ‘easy peasy! no time-wasting makeup routine.
Lip and cheek tints are exactly as they’re described – a stain /tint of color on the lips and cheeks, they can come as a stick formula, liquid, or cream. The jelly formula is new which is why we’re curious about this new launch by Milk Makeup. Cooling Water Jelly Tint by Milk Makeup is hydrating with a bouncy jelly texture. It easily glides on with a buildable sheer wash of color. It’s available in four shades – Burst – Poppy pink, Chill – Red, Spritz -Coral, and Splash – Berry. It comes in a rather simple pink packaging usually used for stick formula but the content is not stick but jelly. It retails for $24.00 and coming soon to the brand’s website, you can also join the waiting list to be the first to know.
