Recently, Patrick Ta an eponymous beauty brand launched its summer transition blush which comes in liquid, powder and cream, the brand sold them in set, some with dual ended blush brush while some are without brush. What stood out in the transition blushes is their ability to blur and the new innovative formula with Patrick Ta only currently started with its concealer now extended to its blushes. They retail between £28.00 – £80.00.

The brand described the new products as “the blush you didn’t know you needed.” This latest launch is meant to be a celebration of the success of its previously launched Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush.

The backlash that’s gone viral online is that the brand launched products that’s not necessary, it’s something nobody needs and the proprietor is only taking credit for makeup-artist Ngozi Esther Edeme a.k.a @paintedbyesther work. Ngozi Esther Edeme is a Nigerian makeup artist who is based in the London, she’s also a successful beauty blogger and well known for her vibrancy and playfulness with makeup. She’s featured in Vogue, Elle, Daze, and Essence magazines.

To address the issue from TikTok post, Patrick Ta and his team expanded the backlash and decided they hope to partner with Ngozi to bring something fresh, playful and new to the launch of transition collection. Transition blush is now available to shop at patrickta.com and nearest retail store to you.
