The cargo pant trend remains the trend of SS’23, and it seems very tiring wearing the trend again this summer, but the truth is we’re not ready to let go. And if you will buy any must-have transitional pieces this spring season, it should be the multi-pocketed cargo pants, skirts, and shorts, thanks to SS’23 runways and brands like Fendi, Givenchy, and Versace who actually extended the trend into mini skirts, jumpsuits e.t.c
Last season, Frankie shop debuted its cargo pant in the form of wide-leg trousers with side pockets, and in no time sold out, Covet actually curated ways to wear this outfit, well another one is here. As much as we will love this trend to become a new classic, I don’t think it has that staying power, it will only come and go, and I believe we prefer to enjoy the trend that way.
It’s also good to know that cargo pants are part of the everyday basic look, which makes them great for casual day outfits, but nowadays, the ‘elevated basic look’ is another style trend that’s been going around for a while, meaning looking into your favorite outfits from joggers, jeans, bodysuits, etc and elevate them with good accessories like a pair of strappy sandals, white pumps, embellished bags, chunky pieces of jewelry, etc. This is why we’re looking into elevating this casual outfit – ‘multi-pocketed cargo pants’.
Investing in a good one will save you a lot of money, because you can simply wear it on days off, on special occasions even to work, it all depends on how you choose to dress it down, keep it smart, or add bling to elevate it.
