3. Use Gentle Products

Another tip to consider to thoroughly cleanse your skin is to avoid too much of harsh products, avoid using retinol or physical exfoliants as these products can strip your skin hence break down your skin barrier and the possibility is endless after that. So to avoid any skin woes or bad temper use gentle exfoliants like AHAs, BHAs, Glycolic acid etc. If you prefer, you can try adding baking soda to your cleanser to give the benefit of exfoliation in a safe way – this will unclog the pores and minimise oiliness if you have oily skin.

4. Always Consider Your Skin Type

Using the most gentle cleanser for all skin types is most recommended but if you have a dry skin and you’d like to attract more oil to your skin use oil cleanser but if you have oily skin and will like a cleanser that minimises oil production use milky cleanser of balmy cleanser, avoid using foamy cleanser as this can dry out the skin and your skin might start producing more oil that it was before.

5. Carry Out Your Skincare Routine At Night

It’s good to know that at night when we are asleep we are most relaxed because we are not in the elements-and due to this our organs find it as a good time to regenerate themselves and our skin is not exempted. So, carrying out your skincare routine at night will only allow the skincare products to work better. So, you best advised to use cleansing oil as they contain fatty acid and antioxidants, they deep cleanse the skin without dry out your skin barrier.
